| Limited Warranty for
Cartridges BoLinds warrants that each BoLinds laser toner cartridge will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, provided that the cartridge has been handled, stored and used strictly in the manner consistent with its purpose and has not been disassembled or altered in any way. The sole remedy for product not meeting this warranty is replacement of any cartridge confirmed by BoLinds as being covered by this warranty. BoLinds cartridges are produced under very strict, high quality control standards, assuring performance that meets or exceeds original standards. BoLinds further warrants that each BoLinds laser toner cartridge will not, under normal use, cause damage to any printer/fax machine for which the cartridge was intended. Any claim that the use of a BoLinds laser toner cartridge resulted in printer/fax machine damage must be verified by a certified service company. Satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was directly responsible for such damage, must be provided including a written statement on service company letterhead signed by an authorized representative of the service company. BoLinds liability under this warranty is limited to reimbursement for equipment repairs directly resulting from such damage. These warranties are the sole warranties provided by BoLinds and are in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied. Product Return Guidelines General Return Policy Whether a product may be returned to BoLinds depends on the product in question. Contact BoLinds for assistance in determining whether or not your product may be returned. However, all return requests are subject to final approval from BoLinds management. No product will be considered for return more than 30 days past the original invoice date. For products that may be returned, you must receive a return authorization number, final approval and customer credits are contingent upon the condition of the product as determined by BoLinds. In addition, the product must be returned within the time specified by BoLinds. New Product Except for products designated as "non-cancelable/non-returnable", BoLinds has a 30-day return policy from date of invoice on new product, provided that the product is in new, unopened condition. This means the seals have not been opened and packaging is in the same condition it was when received from the carrier. Products designated as "non-cancelable/non-returnable", even if new and unopened, may NOT be returned. Used/Opened Product Products that have been opened, removed from their packaging and/or used may not be returned. Restocking Fees A restocking fee may be assessed at the discretion of BoLinds.
